What’s your full name?
Eric Lee Lehning
Were you named after anyone?
What’s your average day like?
I wake up around 6:30 to the crows of my 22-month-year-old son, Louie. My wife goes to work and I take him to preschool. I run errands, keep up the house, and write – songs & screenplays mostly. Then I pick up Louie. His mom comes home to take over and I go to work. Then I get home around 10:30 and go to bed around 11:30.

What makes life worth living?
What is the one rule you try to live by? Do you feel successful at following it?
If I can just make the right thing it’ll be ok to die. It’s more an inevitable condition of my life than something I follow. But I’m not ok with death yet. Maybe it’s a delusion that keeps me from facing the unknown. It’s always there.
